Straight from the fields of local producers, Kingsmead Kitchen creates inventive dishes with foods cultivated from British farmers and suppliers. For owners Edi and Geraldine the ethos of their restaurant is to bring out the best of each ingredient.
From farm to table, the menu is always seasonal with inventive specials and comforting breakfast dishes to enjoy in the casual surroundings of their informal dining area. For something special for breakfast or brunch, we recommend the Shakshuka. Of course you can go for their incredible fry-ups, but for something a bit different try these baked eggs in a spiced tomato sauce with feta and sourdough, you won’t be disappointed.
With seating outside in sunny Kingsmead Square, The Kingsmead Kitchen is a meeting point for many locals looking for good quality, honest food with a friendly service which keeps the Kitchen a hub for the local community. It’s the perfect place to bring friends, and a great space for a catch up over Italian style coffee and cake.
Everything we provide is made from scratch on the premises by Dan and Luke, our Head Chef and his souse-chef, and we only use local, Bath-based suppliers. We serve hearty, tasty and traditional food but with a European twist.

Full of quirky and cool indies, Kingsmead Square is the destination for street food, designer boutiques, speciality coffee and glorious sunny outdoor seating.
