What is xplore Pay?
xplore Pay is our open-banking based alternative to Visa & MasterCard for in-person and in-app payments.
By using open-banking we can offer 0% transaction fees while also offering simple actionable data that help businesses increase loyalty and revenue.
There is a small fixed fee for every withdrawal of funds you make form your xplore account into your linked bank account.
What if I have more than one independent business?
We are dedicated to showcasing and promoting independent family-run businesses that contribute to the vitality and uniqueness of local communities. To ensure the authenticity and integrity of the businesses featured on our platform, we have established specific criteria for eligibility.

Can I cancel my account at any time?
The annual membership is non-refundable.
