To become a Certified Independent and join the xplore community, businesses first go through an assessment with one of our team members. Once that's done, you'll just need to pay an annual fee to officially join the community.

xplore Pay is our open-banking based alternative to Visa & MasterCard for in-person and in-app payments.
By using open-banking we can offer the lowest transaction fees in the market (0.5%) while also offering simple actionable data that help businesses increase loyalty and revenue.
What if I have more than one independent business?
We are dedicated to showcasing and promoting independent family-run businesses that contribute to the vitality and uniqueness of local communities. To ensure the authenticity and integrity of the businesses featured on our platform, we have established specific criteria for eligibility.

Can I cancel my account at any time?
The annual membership is non-refundable.
