🌍 Head of Growth

As Head of Growth, your mission is to lead our expansion into new communities across the UK and Europe, igniting local movements of Certified Independents—and the people who love to explore and discover them.

You will report directly to the CEO but work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, product, and local ambassadors. You’ll own and scale our Ambassador Programme, creating a community of grassroots champions who help bring Xplorable to life in their towns and cities.

This is not a corporate growth job. It’s about building relationships, sparking community pride, and designing repeatable playbooks that inspire people to do different.

Full-time | Reports to: CEO
Location: UK (Hybrid/Remote) – with travel as required

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Xplorables growth strategy across new markets and its regions, cities and towns.
• Design and deliver repeatable community launch playbooks with local activation plans and events.
• Recruit, train, and support Ambassadors—local leaders passionate about putting their communities on the map.
• Drive the sign-up and certification of independent businesses in each community.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with Certified Independents and ensure they feel part of something bigger.
• Collaborate with our CEO and marketing team to tell local stories through content, events, and campaigns.
• Help measure success by monitoring engagement, adoption, and retention metrics across communities.
• Champion a culture of trust, creativity, accountability, and local-first thinking.
