Opened in November 2021, the shop is located at Old Market Street, just next door to Grano. Their menu features 12" and 18" whole pizzas, pizza by the slice, and a curated selection of local beers, natural wines, and small-batch spirits. The duo's shared philosophy of "relaxed perfectionism" is evident in every aspect of the establishment. Their culinary journey has been influenced by pizza-eating trips through London, Rome, and New York City, drawing inspiration from over 50 pizza shops .
