Every dish is made fresh on-site, with standouts like the St Werburger—featuring double beef patties, smoked bacon, blue cheese, and ranch sauce—pushing the boundaries of classic burger fare. The team’s passion for quality and flavour helped Alex earn the title of Burger Chef of the Year at the National Burger Awards in 2019.
Despite operating from a compact, converted shipping container, Squeezed has made a big impact in Bristol’s food scene.
