To be completed by xplore copywriterEdgie Eats was founded by Hannah aka 'Edgie' during her final year of studies at the University of Bath. Edgie began baking during lockdown and started as a pop up cake stall in the Student Union. In the space of 2.5 years Edgie has grown the business from a stall to a wholesale bakery supplying 30 locations across Bath and Bristol with a strong team of 10 employees. Edgie Eats opened its first physical cafe in March 2024 based in Westbury Park in Bristol. Edgie Eats has a wide range of treats including plenty of Vegan and Options without Gluten. Brownies, blondies, rocky road and more!
