Finding fame for her Vietnamese food by hosting Supper Clubs in Bath, (often with a waiting list of up to 6 months for a seat!), Noya opened the doors to her very own restaurant on St James’ Parade in late 2017. Noya’s genuine joy for feeding people is palpable! She started Noya’s Kitchen with a simple aim, to introduce guests to the cuisine she loves to cook, in beautiful surroundings with a wonderfully warm welcome. Her team share her passion for fresh and vibrant flavours, served with knowledge and care.
Noya’s Kitchen has an evolving menu, as Noya cooks what she loves each day and depending on the fresh ingredients she can source… and when it’s gone, it’s gone! Holding true to her environmental values, waste is kept to an absolute minimum by using everything she orders on a daily basis. Noya's 5-course Supper Club runs on Friday evenings with pre-booking essential and lovers of Pho, the famously aromatic Vietnamese noodle soup, and south-east Asian curries should book for their Thursday and Saturday night a la carte menu. We’d recommend booking for a table, even for lunch time as demand for Noya’s dishes is high! Private dining is also available in her smaller room, seating 12-14 for those incredibly special occasions.
My roots in Vietnamese food run deep. I started cooking from a very early age. Vietnamese food is all about balance. It’s simple but so fresh, as we use a lot of different varieties of fresh herbs. They are not just for garnish but play a major part in Vietnamese food.
