• Guided Relaxation and Sound Baths are available every day, either 30 or 60 minutes. Bathe in the beautiful sounds of crystal singing bowls. Within the vibrations of the sounds, time will disappear, and you may encounter waves of peace, heightened awareness, emotional healing, insights into your inner world, creative thoughts… or maybe even just the most restful sleep you have ever experienced!
• Dream Odyssey VR Meditation Experience. Immerse yourself into alternate realities through beautiful visual landscapes, healing sound frequencies and mindfulness structures. This is digital guided meditation at its finest.
• SOMA Breath Classes. Unlock your inner pharmacy by using specific breath patterns for switching off stress, entering deep sleep, increasing your energy levels, and more: naturally and without unwanted side effects.
• Massage. Indulge yourself with a massage by one of our expert therapists.
